1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Tags and labels must remain intact.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible. Sale/discounted items are non-refundable.

2. Conditions for Return

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product, size, or color.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Products purchased during special promotions (unless defective).

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is unavailable for exchange.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method (Cash on Delivery customers will receive a mobile banking refund via bKash/Nagad).
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may exchange for a different size or product (subject to stock availability).
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for exchanges.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup or drop-off (depending on location).
