• We currently deliver all over Bangladesh.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

• Standard delivery within Dhaka City: 2–3 business days.
• Outside Dhaka (other districts): 3–5 business days.
• Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotions, or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, courier delays).

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges vary depending on location and will be notified at checkout or during order confirmation.
• Free delivery may be offered on special promotions or for orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after confirmation via phone call, SMS, or email.
• Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details and ensure availability to receive the order.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Please provide a valid delivery address and active contact number.
• Customers are responsible for receiving and checking the product at delivery.
• If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Delays & Liability

• While we strive to deliver on time, ROYALEKA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.
• Once the order is handed over to the courier, tracking details (if available) will be provided.
